The five-dish menu brings a little Broadway inspiration to the table while highlighting late-summer ingredients, including organic celery grown at Jonathan’s farm, heirloom tomatoes, Atlantic cod and Maine blueberries.

The Green Room Celery Velouté
Jonathan’s organic celery soup, made with celery grown right at the farm. Jonathan first made the soup in Nova Scotia in the early 1970s, inspired by the fresh organic produce available there. He’s served versions of it as a seasonal special since opening Jonathan’s Ogunquit in 1976, giving this opening course a history that spans more than 50 years.
Diamond District Tomato Mosaic
Farm-grown tomatoes from Jonathan’s Farm, served with whipped local chèvre, extra virgin olive oil, aged balsamic, sea salt and micro basil. A fresh late-summer course celebrating tomatoes straight from our farm and local Maine cheese.
The Producer’s Catch
Butter-roasted Atlantic cod with sweet corn ragout, roasted cherry tomatoes and lobster nage. Atlantic seafood, summer corn and tomatoes come together in a dish with plenty of Maine and late-summer flavor.
Broadway Chicken Kiev
Herb butter roasted chicken served with mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables, lemon beurre blanc and crispy herb breadcrumbs. A Broadway-inspired take on a classic and a hearty centerpiece for the menu.
Curtain Call Honey Olive Oil Cake
Warm honey olive oil cake served with roasted Maine blueberry compote. Maine blueberries bring a seasonal finish to the final course and a sweet curtain call for the Chef’s Table.
About The Producers
Mel Brooks’ The Producers follows struggling Broadway producer Max Bialystock and accountant Leo Bloom, who hatch an outrageous scheme to raise money for a show designed to fail and profit when it quickly closes.
Their plan takes an unexpected turn when the show they expect to flop becomes a surprise success.
Based on Brooks’ 1968 film, The Producers became a Broadway phenomenon and won a record-setting 12 Tony Awards. The Ogunquit production runs approximately two hours and 30 minutes and is rated PG-13 for adult themes.
